CORE REVISION ================================================================================ The previous model (formula.txt) proposed a single curve that peaks at d=4 and decays back toward 1.0 at higher dimensions. This is WRONG. The data supports a PROGRESSIVE model: - Dimensions do NOT regress back to 1 - New energy is constantly injected — it doesn't stop - When a dimension reaches its overflow, it MUST spill into the next - Complexity moves FORWARD, never backward - The progression is recursive: cycles within meta-cycles II. THE CYCLE STRUCTURE ================================================================================ Each "dimensional cycle" covers 3 dimensions and follows the same pattern: CYCLE 1: Dimensions 1, 2, 3 ──────────────────────────── 1D: Collapsed. Why π: Pi is the ratio between a cycle (circumference = resonance in the new dimension) and extent (diameter = how far the dimension reaches). Each dimension adds a new cycle-to-extent relationship quantified by π. WHAT THIS RESOLVES ================================================================================ 1. WHY 4D FEELS LIKE A "RESTART": Because it IS a restart. Same {2,3} organizing principle, same cycle of 3 dimensions (seed → flat → volumetric), but at higher energy. 2. WHY QUASICRYSTALS HAVE {5}-FOLD SYMMETRY: {5} is forbidden in 3D periodic crystals because it belongs to Cycle 2 (dimensions 4-6).
