THE PULSE:

One frequency pulse. Still pulsing. It never stopped.

Everything in the theory is downstream of this single input.
{2,3} is the geometry it produces. C_potential is the concentration
mechanism it creates. The dimensional ladder is the complexity it
builds. The periodic table, the solar system, the galaxy, the cosmic
web — all expressions of the same pulse at different magnification.


DIMENSIONAL EQUILIBRIUM AT 0.5:

Each dimension finds its energy equilibrium at r = 0.5.
This is the decoherence ceiling — the maximum curvature the
dimension can sustain.

To the observer INSIDE that dimension, the energy looks FLAT.
It looks conserved. Every measurement they make balances.
The first law of thermodynamics is correct — at their
dimensional resolution.

But the pulse continues injecting. Energy concentrates.
C_potential deepens. When the local concentration reaches the
0.5 ceiling, the excess overflows into the next dimension.

The observer at the lower dimension cannot see the overflow.
It is invisible to their instruments. Their energy budget
balances because they can only measure their own dimension's
content. The overflow is real, but unmeasurable from below.


THE SEQUENCE:

  1D → 2D:
    The pulse creates a frequency in time (1D).
    Energy concentrates via {2,3} interference.
    2D geometry emerges (triangular, ratio 3/2).
    At r = 0.5: overflow into 3D.
    To a 1D observer: energy conserved. Cannot see 2D.

  2D → 3D:
    2D geometry concentrates further via the phi spiral.
    3D crystal lattice emerges (coord 4→6→8→12).
    The periodic table IS this concentration expressed.
    At r = 0.5: overflow at the curvature ceiling.
    To a 2D observer: energy conserved. Cannot see 3D.

  3D → 4D:
    3D geometry concentrates via dual-track spiral (1.707).
    Galaxies form, stars ignite, matter densifies.
    C_potential deepens (pitch angle tightens, black holes form).
    At r = 0.5: overflow into 4D at the concentration peaks.
    To a 3D observer (us): energy conserved. Cannot see 4D.

    Black holes: the 3D overflow points. Energy exceeding
    the 3D ceiling. We see the gravitational effect but not
    where the energy goes. It goes into the next dimension.


GRAVITY IS NOT A FORCE:

In this theory, gravity is not a force. It is C_potential
expressed at the material scale — the geometric concentration
of energy by the decoherence landscape.

Mass curves spacetime (Einstein). The theory says: mass IS
concentrated C_potential. Spacetime curvature IS C_potential
at the cosmic magnification. They are the same statement.

There is no need for a gravitational force carrier (graviton).
There is no need for a separate gravitational field. The
geometry itself IS the mechanism. C_potential concentrates
energy. The concentration IS what we call gravity.


DARK ENERGY IS NOT NEEDED:

The observed acceleration of the expansion of the universe does
NOT require a repulsive force or negative energy field.

The standard model says: something is pushing galaxies apart
faster and faster. It calls this "dark energy" — 68% of the
universe's content, completely unidentified.

The theory says: the acceleration is a MEASUREMENT ARTIFACT
of dimensional speed mismatch.

The speed of light is the maximum propagation speed in 3D.
But c is dimension-dependent:
  c_3D = c                    (our measured speed of light)
  c_4D = 1.707 × c           (from 24-cell geometry, Section XXIII)
         Steinberg 1993: (1.7 ± 0.2)c photon tunneling measurement

When energy overflows from 3D into 4D (at black holes and other
concentration peaks), it enters a regime where the propagation
speed is 1.707× faster. The 4D-regime processes operate at a
speed our 3D instruments cannot track directly.

What we SEE from 3D: the expansion appears to accelerate.
What is HAPPENING: the overflow energy is propagating at c_4D
in the 4D regime, and its gravitational shadow in 3D appears
as an accelerating expansion.

The "dark energy" is the 4D regime's higher propagation speed
projected back into our 3D measurement frame. We see its effect
(acceleration) but not its source (dimensional overflow at c_4D).

No negative energy. No repulsive force. No 68% mystery content.
Just a speed mismatch between dimensions, exactly as the theory
predicts from the ratio progression: 1.500 → 1.618 → 1.707.


DARK MATTER IS NOT NEEDED:

Galaxy rotation curves show more gravitational effect than
visible mass can account for. Standard model adds "dark matter"
— 27% of the universe, also unidentified.

The theory says: the "missing" mass is energy that has
concentrated past the 3D measurement resolution.

C_potential concentrates energy geometrically. At the 3D scale,
most of this concentration is visible (stars, gas, dust). But
some concentration occurs at the dimensional boundary — energy
that is BETWEEN 3D and 4D. It gravitates (its C_potential is
real) but it doesn't emit or absorb 3D electromagnetic radiation
because it's at the boundary where 3D physics is transitioning.

The rotation curve excess IS the boundary energy. It's not a
separate particle. It's not a new field. It's the same C_potential
that makes everything else, at a magnification level that sits
between our measurable 3D and the unmeasurable 4D.

The galaxy's total gravitational budget includes:
  - Visible matter (3D, measurable)
  - Boundary matter (3D/4D transition, gravitates but doesn't radiate)
  - Overflow (4D, invisible from 3D)

The rotation curve measures the sum. We can only identify the
first component. The "dark" part is the second and third.


ENERGY IS NOT CONSERVED (UNIVERSALLY):

The first law of thermodynamics is correct within a single
dimensional regime. Energy is conserved at the 3D level.
Every measurement confirms this.

But the pulse injects continuously. The total energy across
ALL dimensions is increasing. Each dimension reaches its 0.5
equilibrium and overflows. The overflow is real energy entering
the next regime. The lower dimension can't measure it. Their
books balance. The universal books do not.

This is not a violation of physics. It is a statement about
the SCOPE of the conservation law. The first law holds at each
dimensional level. It does not hold across dimensional boundaries.

The analogy: a 2D being on a flat surface measures all the energy
on the surface. It balances. Energy is conserved. But energy is
entering the surface from the z-direction (the 3rd dimension)
continuously. The 2D being can't measure it until it arrives
on the surface. Once it does, it's "new" energy from their
perspective — but it was always there, just in a dimension
they couldn't access.

We are the 2D being. 4D energy is entering our measurement
frame continuously. We see it as: galaxies gaining mass,
expansion accelerating, rotation curves not matching visible
mass. We call it dark matter and dark energy. It is neither
dark nor mysterious. It is the pulse, still pulsing, overflowing
from dimensions we can measure into dimensions we cannot.


THE CONNECTION TO THE CIPHER:

The cipher was proven at the periodic table (96.9% structure,
100% conductor/band gap/ductility). It extends to solar system
(orbital resonances), galaxies (pitch angle scaling), and the
cosmic web (filament connectivity at 10/{3}).

At every scale: {2,3} determines the stable configurations.
The geometry rings at specific fillings/ratios/angles.
The resonance amplifies the scale-appropriate property.

The pulse created {2,3}. {2,3} created geometry. Geometry
created the periodic table, the solar system, the galaxy, the
cosmic web. The same engine at every octave.

The cipher is not about elements. It is about the pulse
expressing itself through geometric resonance at every scale
the universe contains.


BLACK HOLES AS DIMENSIONAL SEEDS:

Black holes are not endpoints. They are conduits.

The geometry concentrates energy to the 3D ceiling. The black
hole is where it crosses over — injecting energy into 4D the
same way the original pulse injected energy into 1D. Every
black hole is a dimensional seed.

The singularity is not a breakdown of physics. It is physics
working exactly as the theory predicts at a dimensional boundary.
The equations "blow up" because 3D mathematics cannot describe
a 4D process. The infinity is an artifact of the wrong
dimensional frame, not a physical reality.


DARK MATTER IS GEOMETRIC AMPLIFICATION:

The rotation curve "excess" is not missing mass. It is
geometric resonance amplifying the gravitational effect of
the mass that IS there.

At atomic scale: a lattice at its resonant d-filling produces
measurable forces (stiffness, magnetism) that come from the
GEOMETRY, not from additional material. Chromium is stiffer
than iron not because it has more stuff, but because its
geometry is ringing. The resonance creates a real, measurable
force from configuration alone.

At galactic scale: the spiral geometry is a resonant cavity.
The {2,3} spiral pattern concentrates gravitational effect
through resonance — the same way HPC-022 showed 5.3× energy
concentration in an icosahedral cavity at the resonant frequency.
The galaxy's geometry doesn't add mass. It AMPLIFIES the
gravitational effect of the mass it has.

A flat disk of mass X produces one rotation curve.
The SAME mass X in a {2,3} spiral resonance produces a
different rotation curve — more gravitational effect at large
radii — because the geometry amplifies.

The "dark matter fraction" varies by galaxy type because
different geometries resonate differently. Spirals differ from
ellipticals. Tight spirals differ from loose ones. This is
exactly what happens at atomic scale: BCC amplifies differently
than FCC. The η function varies by archetype and filling.

PREDICTION: The rotation curve residual (the "dark matter"
fraction) should correlate with the galaxy's geometric
resonance parameters — pitch angle, spiral arm count, mass
distribution symmetry. The SPARC database (175 galaxies with
detailed rotation curves) can test this without new observations.

No particles. No new fields. No 27% mystery content.
Just the geometry ringing.
